- Rebuild files
- Have the end user log out and login back in Webex
Use case
After I change the status to available, I can receive the call but after a few seconds, I can no longer hear the caller, and the Webex window just disappear, however the status of Webex show “busy on a call”. Additionally I am not able to transfer calls or to place the customer on hold or transfer.
